Class registrations: All clients must book classes prior to coming to the studio. With the exception of the 6am classes, there is no penalty for booking a class and canceling one hour or more prior to class. Canceling within an hour prior to class will result in being charged for that class. No-shows will be charged for the class. 6am classes may be booked at any time prior to class, but must be canceled by 9pm the night before class and no-shows will be charged.

Workshops and Special Events: You will receive a full refund if you cancel 15 or more days before the workshop, series, pop-up or special event via email. You will receive account credit if you cancel 7-14 days before the workshop, series, pop-up or special event via email. No refunds, credits or exchanges if you cancel 6 days or less before the workshop, series, pop-up or special event.

Contracts can be cancelled 30 days before the next billing cycle when requested in writing. Contracts can also be suspended for illness, injury or extended vacation, after 6-month commitment.

Class packages (Single class, 5 classes, 10 classes, month and year unlimited) cannot be refunded, returned, extended, suspended or transferred between persons.

Merchandise can be returned unused and unwashed, in original packaging/with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
